🌺 The “Follower’s Voice Retreat” in Loveland, Colorado 🥰 a space where movement and neuroscience come together in a very real and grounded way. . It is a collaboration with Evelyn Magyari and Lisa Wimberger ❤ and it feels like bringing together expression through the body and understanding the mind… not as concepts, but as something you actually experience. . We will spend a few days in nature, with a small group (around 30 people), moving, exploring, and simply having space to 'BE'.
