These details are also available at nextgenswingdance.com (http://nextgenswingdance.com) Where: Allegro Ballroom, 12012 San Pablo Ave, Richmond Time: 7-8pm All Levels Lesson (familiarity with west coast swing fundamentals is expected) 8pm – midnight Social Dancing !! 2025 Dates: (First Saturday of the Month) Jan 4, Feb 1, Mar, 1, Apr 5, May 3, Jun 7, Jul 5, Sep 6, Oct 4, Nov 1, Dec 6 General admission: $25 lesson & dance $15 dance Next Gen members: $15 lesson and dance $10 dance Juniors (18 and under): $17 lesson & dance $7 dance Health Policy High Filtration Masks (N95, KN95, or equivalent) are highly recommended. We also strongly recommend having received a full series of vaccination against COVID-19, along with any additional boosters that you may be eligible for. As always, if you are feeling sick, please stay home. Luck of the Draw Contest Info Our Mix & Match (aka J&J style) contest is open to anyone of any dance level and any lead/follow gender role. All-Stars and above will be not be able to draw one another. Randomly paired dancers will be judged as a couple for 3-4 songs. At the end of the entire contest series, the top 5 couples from each month will be invited back as finalists, to compete for complimentary passes to our annual convention, Boogie by the Bay! (Note: Our December 2024 dance kicked off a new progressive series, and finals will be happening just before Boogie by the Bay 2025.)
