This dance practice is complex and must be learnt and systematically educated with dedication. Carlos Osvaldo holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the University of California UCLA. Carlos Osvaldo lives and teaches tango in the South Bay since 2021.
