The following changes to our time structure will begin February 5th, 2025. Arrive: 7pm… arriving early accounts for time to settle and sign in, and supports the class starting on time, with everyone there to be welcomed and oriented together. We’ll be sweeping the floor and transitioning the room from the movement class before us. Class: 7:15-8:15pm (class will start promptly now that it is shorter and starts later!)
